Thank you for your inquiry with us. Senior Living Communities typically require a minimum income of $3,000 a month. If you believe there may be options to supplement your or your loved one’s income, we would be happy to explore options for you. However, if you believe the income will come in below this amount and you are an Independent Senior you may be better off searching Senior Apartments or for Government-Assisted Housing in your area. They provide very affordable housing, however, there are typically long waitlists, so we suggest reaching out and complete an application as soon as possible. If you are a Personal Care, Assisted Living, or Memory Care Senior candidate, we have professional referral services we can refer who specializes in Medicaid assistance and application approvals.
We want to help every senior we can! However, our expertise and business model focus directly on private pay Senior Living Communities.
Please let us know if you believe there may be other financial options to pursue and discuss such as Veterans Aid & Attendance benefits, pensions or other income, life insurance cash values, potential IRA income, house ownership and values, and family support to help supplement the monthly rate.
We are happy to discuss any and all of the above opportunities with you.
